Terms of Service

You must provide accurate signup information and are responsible for activity under your account. You may use the Services on your own behalf only.

A user under 18 (a “kid account”) may only use the Services when linked to a verified parent or guardian account. Recording and uploading are disabled for a kid account that is not linked to a verified parent. For any minor, location data is never collected, and every capture requires parental approval before it is published or delivered. Rewards for a kid account’s accepted captures are directed to the linked parent account, never to the child. See the Privacy Policy for details on what is and is not collected.

A kid account is created by the parent, not by the child, and the parent accepts a separate parent agreementon that child’s behalf at the moment they create the account — a minor cannot accept these Terms for themselves. That agreement is shown in full on the Family page before it is accepted, and the version accepted is recorded against the child’s account. Its current version is 2026-08-10, and it says:

• You are this child's parent or legal guardian. You confirm you have the authority to make decisions about this child's data and activity. We verify that you are an identity-checked adult; we cannot verify the relationship, so you are telling us.
• You supervise what your child records. Your child records inside your home, at your discretion. You choose which tasks they may take on, and no clip is published, delivered or paid until you have reviewed that specific clip and approved it.
• Permissions are yours to give and to withdraw. Recording, sharing a clip with the company that requested it, and that company training AI on it are three separate permissions. You grant each one separately and can withdraw any of them at any time.
• Rewards are paid to you, never to your child. Any reward earned is credited to your account, not your child's. Your child is never shown a cash balance. You are responsible for any tax that attaches to what you receive.
• Your child does not work for Node Data. This is not employment and your child is not our employee or contractor. Tasks are optional, there is no schedule, no quota and no obligation to complete anything once started.
• Delivered clips cannot be recalled. You can delete your child's account and every clip we hold at any time. A clip already delivered to a company before you did so is a copy we no longer control and cannot retrieve.
• Your child must be 13 or older. We do not create accounts for children under 13 and do not knowingly collect their data. Entering a date of birth that is not your child's real one puts them outside the protections built for them.

Permission to record, permission to share an approved clip with the company that requested it, and permission for that company to train AI models on it are three separate permissions the parent gives and can withdraw individually. None of them is implied by creating the account or by verifying the parent’s identity.

When you capture and submit content through ND GO, you represent that you have the right to record and share it. Do not capture or submit content that contains identifiable people or faces, private spaces, or personal or sensitive information you are not authorized to share. Submissions are subject to automated quality control and, for kid accounts, parental approval; we may reject or remove any submission.

Purchases and payouts are processed by Stripe. When a listing sells, the creator receives 75% and Node Data retains a 25% platform fee. Payouts are made to the creator’s connected Stripe account (for kid captures, the linked parent’s account). You are responsible for any taxes on amounts you receive. You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Node Data a license to host, process, and — for content you list — make it available to buyers on the marketplace under the license you select. Buyers receive rights per that listing’s license.

Do not misuse the Services, attempt to circumvent security or quality controls, upload unlawful content, or infringe others’ rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Node Data is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time and will revise the “Last updated” date above. You may stop using the Services at any time; we may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms.
